The Colorado Health Advocacy Information Network Appoints Joni Inman as Executive Director

The Colorado Health Advocacy Information Network (CHAIN) has named Joni Inman as its first Executive Director.

Inman has a longstanding history of civic and community involvement in Colorado, most
recently as President of the Colorado Women’s Alliance.

The nonprofit CHAIN was formed in 2019 to bring local community voices into the debate on healthcare and champion the best in bold, creative solutions to fix Colorado’s growing healthcare challenges.

CHAIN’s goal is to move away from polarized political rhetoric to foster more attention on
practical solutions for Colorado patients, health care consumers and their families.
“Joni’s successful record of bringing about positive public policies will be vital to advancing
consumer-oriented health care solutions, especially at a time when health care in Colorado
continues to be more expensive and less accessible,” said Jennifer Churchfield, the founding member of CHAIN’s advisory board.

Inman is an experienced business consultant who has worked with small to mid-size businesses, helping clients engage in public policy discussions ranging from healthcare, telecommunications, and energy.

“I’m very enthused about the opportunities ahead for CHAIN to shepherd meaningful
discussions and solutions to Colorado’s healthcare challenges in a non-political way, always
focusing on what’s best for patients and consumers,” said Inman.

Inman added that CHAIN plans to expand its educational programming and organize roundtable discussions throughout the state. She also said the CHAIN advisory board is being expanded to help guide the organization’s work.
